Dec. 3rd, 2004 11:34 pmDead. The kind of tired where you stare vacantly at the screen, but can't make up your mind to get up & go through a minimum teeth brush &c. evening bathroom routine because it would take too much energy to rouse yourself.
Work isn't so much the problem, rather the idiocy of insisting on a morning run, when you know you've got an eight hours work day before you and a ticket for the Nick Cave concert later (for free, thanks @ U's ex-boyfriend's new girlfriend or some such thing, long story). So, yesterday, home at about midnight, back aching badly after thirteen hours on my feet, not counting the hour running; feeling slightly nauseous, still aching and generally not really alive this morning. Somewhat recovered since, but not entirely...
Yawning, but lingering here, sipping a glass of red wine, listening to K. A. Hartmann's Trauerkonzert, which I love, but right now is really more exciting than I'm in the mood for, especially the Allegro, but changing the CD would require energy & decisions, too.
