I'm ashamed of our government. Schröder, Chircac, Blair, Powell... and Austria is represented in Madrid by Kunststaatssekretär Franz Morak instead of chancellor Schüssel, who'd originally been invited, apparently following the incredibly petty logic that a country who recently voted a conservative government out of office doesn't deserve anything (or rather anyone) better. Now granted, Ferrero-Waldner's permanently fixed smile, not to mention her incessant campaigning, would have been somewhat out of place, so most likely it's a good thing that she wasn't there, but it's an insult nevertheless.
