I wasn't sure after CoE either, but then the I-need-to-see-this-fixed reflex kicked in, followed by the I-want-to-see-how-it-goes-on reflex... What can I say.
I love his voice and he emotes beautifully, but his original pop stuff... urgh.
Sometimes I'm almost embarrassed about how much I love his music, but with some of the YouTube clips I saw from this year's tour I thought he's completely wasting his talent. OTOH I'm pretty sure the reason he's a much happier person than I'll ever be is (among other things, obviously) because this kind of thought never crosses his mind... *sigh*
