You're always so much smarter than me about your ships, too... And, obviously, so right about Mulder/Scully. The only reason I am attached to S8 and 9 of X-Files is that I need endings more than beginnings (there's a whole philosophy right there), and Doggett. Doggett is very hot, and deserves a better ship. Not that Monica is not a good character (or could have been, if X-Files writers hadn't mysteriously disappeared somewhere around S3), the Doggett/Monica thing just wasn't properly handled, imo.
