[more here]

I have a dozen half-written entries and half-finished memes on notepad, but my brain absolutely refused to deal with any of those today. The entire mens sana in corpore sano concept doesn't quite work for me; after a morning run I tend to be satisfied, pleasantly tired and absolutely incapable of higher, or even not so high thoughts. So I grabbed the camera, got out and took entirely too many pictures - if nothing else, the camera at least gets me out of doors more often, which, all things considered is A Good Thing, plus, I get to see parts of Vienna I've never seen before, or at least never looked at closely, but then again I also need time to write. Rambling about Buffy or other fanish things may seem trite, or perhaps is trite, but it's somehow necessary to me, too. I need more time, period. But Sunday is over already and next week is going to be atrocious, what with the second part of the sales training seminar Mon - Thu before work. Role playing. Role playing. Which I always hated, even at school. Gah. There are no words to adequately express my disgust, or at least I can't come up with any right now.

Glass of wine, and then bed, because, well, alarm going off at six.

Your images are wonderful! They are minimalistic in ways and very artistic. Thanks for sharing.

Wow. Thank you. ::blush:: Coming from you that really means a lot. Although at this point (I *hope* to improve and learn how to actually use a camera sometime) I can really take credit only for choosing the motif, it's the camera that does pretty much all of the rest of the work...

I agree with [livejournal.com profile] lady_chai, I loved these. I even stole a couple, strictly for private use as desktop etc. Hope it's ok. Sleep well. I entirely sympathise about the dread before a Week Of Hell, we sell textbooks at our bookshop and October is the WORST! Only six more weeks to go, six weeks, six weeks... *mumbles mantra-like to herself*

Oh, and bring on those Buffy-rambles! :-) The cowboy boots finally took precedence, but I feel S7 coming closer... and closer...

Of course it's okay. If you want something for your desktop I can mail you the original larger/higher resolution versions, too...
