... so much for dramatic gestures.

After posting the last entry it occurred to me if writing - and more precisely, public perusal of my writing - is so distinctly uncomfortable for reasons I cannot quite define, that might actually be a good reason to at least try continue doing it, instead of withdrawing into hiding & inarticulate wallowing.


More private entries, less personal stuff, in the future?

I'm not sure yet.

Seems like I'm not the only one who's been toying with the idea of leaving LJ... JG read some entries than stirred him up quite a bit, and I began to think: is it really worth it? Just words, after all, just talking to myself about myself.

But there are people behind the words: you, fiddleronaroof, others. People I want to have in my life, because they have given me things. So it's not just words, and that's why I'm staying.
