Who says humans aren't meant to hibernate? I've slept ten hours or so tonight but could have gone on when the alarm rang & and I'm still tired. Again. Who knows. I'm pretty convinced the bigger part of my brain never woke up at all. Days at work are spent taking books from the shelves, dusting them, cleaning the shelves with wood polish & putting the books back, which may not sound exciting, but, hey, at least it keeps me busy, somewhat focused and from dropping into the deep dark woe-is-me-my-life-is-wasted hole of post-Christmas depression.
So I'm sitting here, livejournal entries to write, emails to write, not two functioning brain-cells in my head and drinking red wine from a water glass because I broke my last wine glass a few days ago. I probably shouldn't add that this is also my last-but-one water-glass? I tend to neglect/ignore this kind of household stuff as long as possible (often longer) because it's simply very much on the bottom of the list of things that are important to me, but a shopping trip might be in order soonish...
Also, and because apparently I'm incapable of sticking with anything for any length of time, I've decided to start learning Russian next semester.
