(no subject)

i can't tolerate the heat anymore. i always disliked it for various reasons, but today what i felt was an almost physical revulsion against the sun beating down. knowing about the drought doesn't help, either...

i'm almost seriously considering moving somplace north....


stupid horse got spooked and must have jerked my arm away, i'm not quite sure what exactly happened, maybe it was the bucket of water i was holding, but at that moment my left shoulder hurt so bad i was afraid it might have got dislocated or something. obviously not, or i wouldn't be typing, and i guess i would've known then, and now there's only a slight pain in the upper arm with some movements. still... i get hurt feeding the horse. definitely not my day.


the plan so far is to get up very early tomorrow and go biking for 2 hours or so before work, i need to get in a at least somewhat better shape if i want to do any longer hiking tours during the vacation....
