This is actually my favourite S4 episode. I love the Oods' story, I love Donna (moving from slightly freaking out at seeing her first alien to comforting the dying Ood; and when she tries to talk through his communicator, because how would she know, and then apologises... lovely scene), the visuals with the snow, the end of the episode... Brilliant.
