Health update... Was prescribed pills to deal with the stomach acid problem and drops against the nausea & am to return next week. And I guess I'll really have to change my eating habits long-term, which is hard, because while I know I haven't been exactly living healthy (very sketchy breakfast, sketchy lunch-break, main meal in the evening), part of me dreads the 'more but smaller meals' concept, because I'm afraid I'll lose control about what and how much I eat that way and the up-hill battle against gaining weight. I wish food weren't always such an issue with me.


Another problem is, I can't shake off the suspicion that all of this is at least partly psychosomatic, and I really wouldn't know what to do about that. Gah.
