I have come to the conclusion that TV is evil and paying for more channels of triteness via cable or satellite would be a sinful waste of my hard-earned money. That's why I spend more time on my computer than watching TV.

I've been learning there is no switch for my moods, either. As a matter of fact, I was noticing it very clearly yesterday evening. I felt down, and I remember thinking, "Yes, I feel down, but I don't feel very down, and I'm not going to force myself to either lighten up or go deeper." I spent most of my life clinically depressed, so I'm used to going all the way down for every, little thing. It's strange and relieving to not have to do that, anymore.
