I hope those periods come to inspire you to advance to higher grounds, because from where I stand I come to you for inspiration. I've told you before that I appreciate the tone of voice in your writing. To you it may sound, as you mention, "boringly repetitive or just not worth mentioning," as it is your own thoughts, your own voice. But to me it is something new and fresh, but still very much familiar.
